Application Guide
Mixing
Put slightly less than the standard amount of water (2.4L per bag) into a container, then add Clean Up diatom material. Mix slowly until fully pasty with no lumps. It is recommended to mix several hours before application to allow the material to absorb water. Even if you mix the day before, if you wrap it well with plastic wrap or plastic bags to prevent drying, the material will not harden in the container. Add the remaining water before application and mix well.
* If sealed well with plastic wrap or plastic bags, Clean Up material can still be used even after several days.
Application
Apply with a texture sponge, then use the appropriate tool to create your desired texture. Start with a small area when new to the technique. See the video for details.
